Fits list

This tool summarizes all the dimensions with fits and their values (tolerance methods 'Limits/Fits - Stacked', 'Limits/Fits - Linear', 'Limits/Fits - Show size limits' and 'Limits/Fits - Show tolerance'). Only one table per drawing sheet is used. If a table is already inserted on the drawing sheet, the parameters of this existing table are displayed in the dialog, and any changes to the values in the dialog (for example, changing the sort order) affect the existing table.

As long as the Multitool Add-in is loaded, the program tracks changes to the dimensions on the drawing sheet. An already existing table is updated automatically when another dimension with fit tolerance is added or a dimension is deleted.

Table Values

When the command is started, the software displays the contents of the table in a dialog. On the "Table Values" tab, you can see the tolerances as numbers based on the model values from the sheet (retrieved via Inventor programming interface). You can sort the table by model value (ascending or descending). The numbers can be displayed as +/- tolerances or as upper and lower limit values.

Table Format

The table can be formatted on the second tab. You can specify the two column headers and the width of the columns (in cm) and the height of the table rows and the font size to be used (note that the tolerance or limit values are displayed one above the other and therefore use a smaller font). When the table is inserted on a sheet for the first time, the insertion point is preset to 0/0, which means that the table is inserted into the drawing below the lower left edge, unless you specify any other coordinates. The table is created on a separate drawing sketch and you can simply drag it to the desired location after the program has created it. If a table is already inserted in the drawing, the coordinate of the upper-left corner of the table is specified as the insertion point.
